A cosy, 3 bedroom traditional stone cottage in Cregganbaun, a beautiful part of rural Mayo in the west of Ireland. Located between the villages of Louisburgh (Co. Mayo) and Leenane (Co. Galway).
Heading south, it's 'a stones throw' from the renowned scenic route through Doolough and Delphi into Connemara. Head north through Louisburgh, past Croagh Patrick into Westport, onto Achill Island and North Mayo.
Two miles to the nearest beach, and many more sand/surf/rock pools/sailing beaches all within 20 minutes drive.

Short term and long term rental available.

Holiday rentals, 300 - 450 euro per week.
Longer term rentals negotiable.

Getting here
The nearest airport is Knock (NOC, Ireland West), which is 1.5 hours drive from Mary Ann's Cottage. There are numerous car hire companies. This route takes you past Castlebar, Westport and Croagh Patrick.

Other options are Galway airport (2 hours drive) and Shannon airport (3 hours drive). Both are great scenic routes, taking you through Connemara and Doolough.

Train services link Dublin to Westport (3 hour train).
