A cosy, 3 bedroom traditional stone cottage in Cregganbaun, a beautiful part of rural Mayo in the west of Ireland. Located between the villages of Louisburgh (Co. Mayo) and Leenane (Co. Galway).
Heading south, it's
'a stones throw' from the renowned scenic route through Doolough and Delphi into Connemara. Head north through Louisburgh, past Croagh Patrick into Westport, onto Achill Island and North Mayo.
Two miles to the nearest beach, and many more sand/surf/rock pools/sailing beaches all within 20 minutes drive.

Mary Ann's Cottage is a cosy, traditional stone built 3 bedroom cottage, dating to the early 1900s.

It has a main living room with wood/turf burning stove, and a large kitchen with oil fired Stanley stove for cooking and central heating.

Bedroom 2
 The cottage sleeps 6-8, with one large double bedrooms, two small twin (bunk beds) bedrooms, and a sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two (main living room).

The bathroom has an electric shower and bath-tub, and a utility hallway offers good storage for bikes/surfboards and washing.

 It is located on 0.75 acres of bogland, surrounded by grazing farmland and with off road parking.
